What are you?
We are a private limited firm comprising a team of dedicated professionals providing turnkey services for the real estate sector – construction, interior services, waterproofing, builders, etc.
What does turnkey mean?
We do everything that is required to prepare your structure for you to step in and use. This includes RCC, waterproofing, painting, glazing, landscaping, interiors, electrical work and air conditioning.
Where do you work?
Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Pune. However, we plan to expand to other geographies as soon as opportunities beckon.
Do you have an in-house designer?
We have a design team that provides designing services for our clients. However, we also work with architects appointed by our clients or appoint architects for specialized design requirements as per project / client requirements.
Do you work on labor only basis?
No. We work with material simply because it helps us control quality of materials, avoid logistical hassles and deliver projects in time.
How do you quote?
We are flexible in quoting as per our client requirements – item rates, rate for builtup area, lump sum contracts. As long as specifications are detailed and clear.
What type of projects do you take up?
We do commercial, institutional work, residential building and interior work for premium residences.
Are you registered under VAT, Service tax, Professional Tax and Provident fund?
Yes. We are registered with them all and we make tax payments as per rules. All proofs are provided on demand. We are also registered with DIC (District Industries Centre), NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation)
Can we visit your sites?
Yes you can. Just get in touch with us and we shall arrange site visits as per relevance and requirement.
Do you provide consultation?
Yes we do provide paid consultation services.
Is Waterstoppers different from Pinnacle?
Waterstoppers is a brand of Pinnacle Infraheights Pvt Ltd. It is the face of our specially trained waterproofing experts. All payments for waterproofing projects are taken in favour of Pinnacle Infraheights Pvt Ltd.
Do you provide guarantee for waterproofing?
Yes we do provide guarantee for our work. The guarantee depends on the system selected, the materials used and the site conditions.
