Accountant

We use Zoho Books to maintain account books of the firm. This includes filing returns including GST, IT, TDS alognwith our CA.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  1. Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
  2. Processing tax payments and returns including GST
  3. Reconciling bank statements
  4. Assisting Chartered Accountant on a periodic basis
  5. Handling calls
  6. Email correspondence

Administrative Oversight:

  1. Monitoring attendance and supervising staff performance.
  2. Overseeing real estate affairs.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including willingness to research on the internet regarding new tasks.
  2. Good Communication skills, both verbal and written.
